Cookie Policy
Effective from 15.10.2026
1. Who is responsible for cookies
The B2B platform available at b2b.achti.com is operated by ACHTI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa, registered office in Wrząsowice, ul. Urocza 39, 32-040 Wrząsowice, Poland, KRS 0000862860, NIP (VAT) 6812081859, REGON 386412597. For matters concerning cookies and privacy, please write to hello@achti.com.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device while using the platform. Similar technologies (e.g. the browser's localStorage) work in the same way and are covered by this Policy. Under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024, storing or accessing information on the user's device requires consent, except for files that are necessary to provide the service requested by the user.
3. Which files we use
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Running the platform: session, cart, company account login, security, remembering the language and the cookie decision | Shopify platform files (including _shopify_s, _shopify_y, cart, secure_customer_sig, localization, _tracking_consent, keep_alive) |
No consent required – necessary to provide the service |
| Functional | Remembering the user's choices on this device | browser storage: selected price preview currency (PLN / EUR / USD) and downloaded exchange rates, closing of the newsletter sign-up window | No consent required – used only for features the user chooses to use |
| Analytics | Visit statistics and how the platform is used, to improve it | Shopify Analytics | Consent |
| Marketing | Tailoring communication and measuring campaign effectiveness | We currently do not use marketing cookies | Consent |
Session files are deleted when the browser is closed; other files are kept for a few days up to 2 years, depending on the file. If we enable additional analytics or marketing tools in the future (e.g. Google Analytics, Klaviyo), we will update this Policy, and the files of those tools will only be stored after consent has been given.
4. Managing consent
On the first visit, a banner is displayed in which you can accept all files, reject optional files or choose categories. Not giving consent does not restrict access to the platform or the ability to place orders. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time – after deleting cookies in your browser, the banner will be shown again on your next visit. Cookies can also be blocked in the browser settings; blocking necessary files may prevent logging in and placing orders.
5. Personal data
Information collected by cookies (e.g. IP address, device identifiers) may constitute personal data. The rules for processing it, including transfers to providers outside the European Economic Area, are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to the Policy
This Policy may be updated, in particular when the tools we use or the law change. The current version is always available on this page together with its effective date.
